TCG Market Spot Return & Exchange Policy

Return Window
At TCG Market Spot, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all included accessories and tags intact. Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund. Gift cards are also non-refundable. Discounted items that are not marked “Final Sale” may still be returned.
No Receipt Required
You do not need to include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return. Since all orders are tracked in our system, we’ll verify eligibility through your order information.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at info@tcgmarketspot.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your item back. Items sent without return approval will not be accepted.
Free Return Shipping & Restocking Fee
We cover the cost of return shipping. However, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund once your return has been received and approved.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, or products specifically marked “Final Sale.” Perishable goods, personal care items, and hazardous materials are also non-returnable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us right away with a description and, if possible, a photo of the issue. We’ll resolve the problem as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to submit a return as described above and place a new order for the desired item once your return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must still be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you if your return has been approved. If it is, your refund (minus the 5% restocking fee) will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to complete the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@tcgmarketspot.com.
